Delivery conditions
Foreign deliveries can only be carried out after a 50% down payment has been made within 10 days following signing of the purchase agreement. The second payment of 50% is to be secured by a separable letter of credit (LC). These payments shall be payable on demand after the freight forwarder certificate has been presented as proof of delivery. All prices offered by us are quoted as net amounts. Delivery terms shall be ex customs warehouse.
The provision of import duty and import permits shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
All technical devices are overhauled prior to delivery and have a german guarantee of 9 months ex delivery. A warranty extension of up to 24 month can be chosen for a surcharge.
All technical data complies with the manufacturers’ and/or operating instructions and are therefore not binding for us. Exchanges and returns are excluded.
